How to cook yummy Vietnamese Fish Vermicelli

In this post, I will show you how to cook Vietnamese fish vermicelli (a kind of soup noodle with fish).  It's so yummy and healthy.

The ingredients:

  • Vietnamese rice vermicelli _ 100 grams
  • Tomato _ 3 units
  • Fillet fish _ 50 grams
  • Cumin powder _ 1 soup spoon
  • Dracontomelon _ 4 units
  • Spring onion _ 40 grams
  • Dill _ 20 grams
  • Sawleaf _ 4 leaves
  • Taro vegetable _ 70 grams


How it's cooked:
- Stew fish head and fish bone in at least 2 hours
- Marinate fillet fish with salt
- Cut tomatoes into 4 equal parts vertically each. Then put them into the hot soup pot
- Add more salt, and seasoning stock into the hot soup pot
- Deep fry fish until yellow and crunchy
- Add cumin powder into the hot soup pot
- Dip the vegetable into the hot soup pot until cooked well
- Chop dill, sawleaf into small pieces. Cut spring onion into 2 cm chunks
- Put vermicelli into bowl. Sprinkle dill, sawleaf, and spring onion on surface of vermicelli. Continue to add the vegetable into the bowl. Put fried fish on top of the bowl. Finally, souse the hot soup on those ingredients
- Add some peppercorn, chilli, and juice of a half of a lime into the soup (up to you).
