How to make a simply Vietnamese banh mi for breakfast

In Vietnam, many people have breakfast with banh mi (sandwich) and it is one of many delicious dishes of Vietnam. It is fast and delicious. In this video, I show you how to make my simple sandwich style with beef.





The ingredients are: - Vietnamese banh mi (sandwich) - Garlic _ 4 cloves - Sliced beef _ 100 grams - Honey _ 1/2 tea spoons - Sea salt _ 3 tea spoons
- Coriander _ 2 plants 
- Carrot _ 1 unit - Sugar _ 2 tea spoons 
- Lime/Lemon _ a half 

How it's made:
- Pill the carrot, then shave it into thin pieces
- Mix the carrot with salt. Leave them in bowl within 10 minutes
- Remove the skin of the garlic. Chop the garlic into small pieces
- Marinate the sliced beef with salt, seasoning stock, garlic, and honey. Leave the mixture within 15 minutes
- Wash the carrot with cold water and leave it in water within 5 minutes to remove the salt
- Leave the carrot to drip, then mix it with sugar and lime/lemon juice
- Select the coriander leaves
- Bake the beef in 12 minutes with 175 Celsius degrees
- Slit the bread (make sure it is crunchy). Spread butter into bread well. Put carrot into bread. Then, put beef into bread. Next, put coriander into bread. Add ground peppercorn and chili sauce into bread.
