How to Cook Vietnamese Fried Rice

In this video, I show you how to cook one of style of Vietnamese fried rice.

The ingredients are:
- Cooked rice (cool rice) _ 6 spoons
- Sweet corn _ 10 grams
- Lime/lemon _ a half
- Chili _ 1 unit
- Butter _ a small piece
- Mushroom _ 10 grams
- Spring onion _ 3 units
- Galic _ 3 cloves
- Sliced beef _ 100 grams
- Egg _ 2 units
- Cumin powder _ 1/5 tea spoon
- Vietnamese fish sauce _ 4 drops

How It's Cooked:
- Pour 3 tea spoons of cooking oil and put a little bit butter into the fry pan.Then put the rice into the fry pan. Turn on the stove (largest fire with gas stove or highest level with electric stove). Sitr fry in 1 minute then turn off the stove.
- Cut the spring onion into 2-3cm chunks.
- Boil the dry mushroom in 5 minutes. Then wash the mushroom with cool water, and cut them into a half each.
- Cut the beef into slices. Chop the garlic to mix with beef, then leave them in 15 minutes.   
- Chop the chili
- Turn on the stove with biggest fire. Then put the beef with garlic, spring onion, chilli, mushroom into the pan. Stir fry rice and the other ingredients well in 6 minutes.
- Mix hen eggs with salt, seasoning stock, lime/leon juice, cumin powder and Vietnamese fish sauce. Then pour that mixture into the pan, and stir fry well with rice and other ingredients in 4 minutes with biggest fire.
