How To Fry Mince Pork Piper Betel



This is a kind of fried food which is balanced its two features yin and yan. Piper betel is often used as a folk herbal medicine for cold or flu patients. In this thread, I shared a simple recipe of the meal: Mince Pork Piper Betel. Please watch, comment, and do not forget to share and subscribe.

The ingredients are:

  • 500 grams of mince pork
  • 50 grams of spring onion
  • 2 dry onions
  • 20 piper betel leaves


How it's cooked:
Remove skin of dry onions, chop them into small pieces, then put them into the bowl with mince pork.



Choose several spring onions, chop the into short chunks, then put them into the bowl with mince pork.


Mix the mixture with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of seasoning stock. Leave them 15 mins with room temperature.


Fill the mince into the piper betel leaves and roll in. 



Fry these rolls with 4 tsp of cooking oil in 15 mins with medium temperature. Turn all sides continuously.
