Maybe many of you heart and ate the dumpling in Chinese restaurant. In Vietnam, dumpling normally is eaten for breakfast. Like a lot of Vietnamese food, the Vietnamese dumpling respects yin and yan theory, which supplies enough nutrition to us for the whole working or studying day.

The ingredients are:
- Dumpling flour _ 1 kg
- Instant yeast
- Fresh milk _ 440 ml
- Black fungus _ 8 units
- Hen egg _ 3 units
- Dry onion _ 3 units
- Mince pork _ 1 kg

How it's made:
- Make the milk warm (40-45 Celsius degrees), then pour the yeast into the milk and dissolve
- Knead the dough well with milk and yeast. Ferment the dough in 6 hours
- Prepare the fillings with mince pork, hen eggs, dry onion, and black fungus. Boil eggs and divide them into quarter parts each. Boil the black fungus and cut it into thin pieces. Leave the skin of the onions and slice them.
- Pour 1/2 tsp of cooking oil into the pan. Stir fry the mixture of mince, fungus, and onion in 4 minutes
- Divide the dough into small pieces (equal the baby hand size). Thin the dough and put the fillings on, then wrap the fillings in the dough.
- Steam dumplings in 30 minutes

Try to make and enjoy your happy meal!
