How To Cook Mackerel Fish in Tomato Sauce

Mackerel is a good choice for your seafood meal. It's not only delicious, but also contain a lot of nutrients - especially Vitamin A, Iron, DHA and high protein. In this thread, I showed you the recipe of cooking this Mackerel Fish in Tomato sauce.

The ingredients: 
- 300gr of Fillet Mackerel Fish
- A tomato
- 50gr of spring onion
- 30gr of dill
- 3 tsp of cooking oil
- 300ml of water
- 2 tsp of salt



How to cook it:
Remove the roots of dills. Chop the dills into small pieces. Then put them into a bowl.


Remove the roots of spring onions. Chop the spring onions into short parts. Then put them into the bowl.


Cut the tomato into eight similar parts.


Pour cooking oil into the pan. Put tomato into the boiled oil. Add water into the pan, then cook the tomato in one minute. Crush the tomato (with turner or chopsticks) when cooking. Keep the fire strongest.


Put the Mackerel Fish into the sauce. Cook fish in two minutes (turn both sides of fish and cook each side one minute). Continue to crush the tomato. Decrease fire to the weak level when cooking.


Return to the strongest level of fire. Add the herbs into the sauce. Turn the fish, stir-fry fish and herbs in 40 seconds. Add more water and keep cooking in two more minutes. Finally, put the fish and sauce onto a plate and enjoy your meal with rice.
